 Signe Harriday, Senior Facilitator & Content Developer
Signe has worked with ImprovEdge clients in many industries from accounting to healthcare to contract logistics. She is also a multidisciplinary artist, teacher, trainer, and producer. She is Co-founder of MaMa mOsAiC, a women of color theatre collective whose mission is to evoke positive social change through female centered work that is empowering and entertaining. She is also an Associate Company Member of Pillsbury House Theatre.
Ms. Harriday earned her MFA in acting from Harvard University at the Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at the American Repertory Theatre. She performs with professional theatre companies as an actor. She also freelances as a diversity and staff development trainer using performing arts and facilitated dialogs to empower and ignite social change. As a teaching artist she works with a variety of theatres and community organizations. She has designed and implemented arts curriculum for professional theatres and school districts in Minnesota and New York. She also has had a broad range of experience working with non-profit organizations, corporate America, and government agencies.
