What You'll Learn
Innovation is a Learned Behavior. And Improvisation is your Guide. Our choices about how we interact, live, question, play and think are the building blocks to every innovation we could ever hope for – and if we want more and better innovation, we need to improvise. Participants engage in a highly interactive session that includes improvisational exercises, role plays, simulations, paired and small-group challenges, stories and humor to make the experience fun, collaborative and meaningful. We’ll explore three large categories from improvisation that lead to behavioral innovation: Preparation: Innovation’s Front End, Playing in the Moment, and Thinking Upside Down. Each of those categories is critical to putting on a good improv show – and each is critical to driving innovative behaviors.
